Real drama is in difference between comics version of Madelyne and this version. Here Madelyne is actual good person and good mother to Natan (and Scott did not act as a prick toward Madelyne). If in comics Jean stand up to replace Madelyne as a mother for Natan because Madelyne did not actually care about her son and use him as a tool for revenge against Scott, here things are different. If Jean would try to replace Madelyne - that would be an awful move from her side

Scott feeling comfortable talking to the version of Jean that he experienced the entire pregnancy with isn’t that crazy of a thing to do Jean was off trying to figure her issue of remembering out completely ignoring what Scott was going through at home which is why for that entire month Jean didn’t know he was having mental meet ups with her because she was so involved with her problem that she ignored Scott for at the least an entire month leaving him to mourn the loss of his child. Not to mention Jean also kissed Logan the same day she caught Scott talking to Madelyn, she may not have been cheating as long as Scott but when she kissed Logan she has no idea that Scott was cheating so what she did was a voluntary act of cheating aswell. Both of them needed to get there heads out of there butts and figure it out together that is the healthy way to go about this. All this was because of things out of there control and I think both of them realize that now.

I'm glad Scott and Jean didn't break up. Neither of them (or Madelyne) were responsible for the fucked up situation they found themselves in; they were both Sinister's victims. It would be a shame if that shared trauma had torn them apart. And Madelyne is far from forgotten about. It's clear Jean had a deep connection to Madelyne, so deep that she even feels the same love for Nathan. I have a feeling that when all is said and done, Jean will realize that due to their psychic connection, her and Madelyne were one and the same.

I agree. It also matches up with the comics, Jean is generally shown to be more of a mother to Cable than Madelyne. Further, it just wouldn't make sense for their to be 2 Jean Greys in the show. The only way it would have worked is if Maddie was going to permanently be the Goblin Queen to serve as a foil to Jean. However, that arc was finished entirely in episode 3. Madelyne may be gone physically but her memories and spirit lives on in Jean. So Jean is essentially herself and Maddie all-in-one.

Omega Red is one of the super soldiers created in Russia. It's kind of like having Captain America and Dr. Octopus combined into one, except he is at odds with the X-Men often. When Magneto shut down the sentinels, he deactivated the machine keeping him on ice, as well as nuclear facilities, cities, and everything in general. Someone else suggested planes in the sky as well.

Concerning Jean/Madelyne/Scott: yes, the situation is weird, but Jean and Madelyne are more than just clone sisters. They are essentially the same person in 2 bodies, because they both have Jean's memories and personality. They both shared part of their lives with Scott, so it's hard to say either one is the "side piece." Even though it's sad that Madelyne died, it does un-complicate Scott's love life, because now there's just one Jean to love instead of two. If anything, because Jean has Madelyne's memories, a part of her lives on through her.

The samurai guy had a full episode of the original series dealing with his backstory in season 2, episode 15: Lotus of the Steel. If I recall correctly he was sort of a thug running a protection racket. His powers were mystical in nature and he's a formidable fighter. Wolverine put him in his place and he considered it a dishonor to lose, thus having a vendetta against Wolverine. Alternatively he was in The Wolverine, sequel film to X-Men 3: The Last Stand with a different origin story and his suit was more tech based.

I think the work done on Bastion character was great! A point that catched my eye and I guess it's a hint of how much Sebastian's character got a even more corrupted/distorted humanity/personality than we may perceive at first is: the painting that his mother shows to the X-Men, the way her son expressed his inner thoughts and emotions, it's like a Guernica isn't? with the sentinels being the bombers... and to top it off, he turned his own mother into a prime sentinel... but for me, what makes it even heavier is that if we take that story about how in an art exhibition, a n@zi officer asked Picasso if he have made the painting and he answered: "no, it was you", we stop to think that in this situation Bastion is both of these people, since he is the author of both "works", in his case he painted his "Guernica" first and then made the event a reality... and I guess this shows how he had already been planning this since a very young age (16 yrs old) like, he allowed Genosha to develop and then annihilate it at the right time, to reap the most effective international reaction for his plans out of it.

He is the same character played by Daniel Bruhl although their backstories are different. In the mcu Zemo is from Sokvenia but in the comics his family was German nobility and his father Baron Heinreich Zemo was a scientist that made a deal with the Naz/Hydra i in order to keep their ancestral homeland. Helmut took over his fathers work but its questionable that he is a Nazi as well and just your typical evil mastermind.

We don't know yet, when Sinister kidnapped Jean and cloned her, but I'm pretty sure, that Scott married Jean and not Madelyne, because he married her in the first episode of the second season and the X-Men had their first counter with Sinister after that in the same episode. And for that "bitch" Trish Tilby. This is very sad for Hank, that she were turned to, cause in the late 90s/early 00s, Trish were Beast's girlfriend in the comics. And Trish didn't play with Hank. Like Bastion said, the people he turned had no idea, that they are Sentinels now. So Trish had no clue, what she was now.
