it took me a few listens, but I got it after a while. Especially after the part where he says, “evil... spell...”, and it sounds like he’s kind of laughing.

don't worry the critics who gave reviews for the album didn't catch any of his lines anyways. =/

You are the longest winded reaction channel, but I am impressed at just how much you catch from your experiences. I personally love the longer videos because both of you together catch lines that have gone above my head for years. It’s a talent that is developed on its own over time I believe. Thank you for your effort.

I love the fact that I just came back to this video after watching y’all re-review Revival. In this video y’all laughed about the porterhouse/slider line saying that he did serve up a slider, but based on your relook at Revival y’all realized how great it was. It was packed with lyrics, meaning, messages, and entendres! The reason Revival didn’t do well is because folks skimmed through it searching for Slim instead of listening to the music to hear Marshall.
@nerryookarrnee32745 жыл бұрын
hahaha yeah. love their revival review specially their believe and tragic ending review. no, i love all their revival review, they admitted it that they were sleeping on revival.

Very good reaction ! That part when he talks about McDonald’s, BK, porter house etc. From what I think Em meant was that you could go to Mickey D’s and get this type of beef, or you can go to BK and get this type of beef but if you want beef with revival you got to go to porter’s house(porter house steak) as one of the members from D12 helped or was part of producing revival but his name is (I forgot) but something Porter , one of the D12 guys.

The “Thing isn’t even orange”/colorblind bars are a direct response to Charlemagne who was being petty while critiquing the Trunp cypher and said “I’ve been a comic fan since the 70’s and the Thing isn’t even orange, he’s a yellowish brown. You’re reaching Em...”

Yo, Charlemagne the Fraud says hes a comic book head. No Em is a REAL Comic book head. The Thing wanted his rocks off. Racism is the only thing hes Fantastic 4.- to Trump from cypher.

26:18 Quick thoughts on the "colorblind people" interpretation. These lyrics were about Charlamagne the God about Eminem's freestyle, saying that "The Thing" isn't even orange. "Aw, man! That BET cypher was weak, it was garbage The Thing ain't even orange-oh my God, that's a reach!" Shout to all my colorblind people, each and every one of y'all If you call a fire engine green, aquamarine Or you think water is pink "Dawg, that's a date, " "Looks like an olive to me." "Look, there's an apple!" "No it's not, it's a peach!"

Referencing the Whopper, quarter pounder and porterhouse is a double entendre with the weights and bars. Like 4oz 8oz and 16oz. Mr. Porter produced Revival too. Just sick word play at it's finest.

I see Deadpool back there. I'm a comic artist (work in movies and stuff too). I see the same thing happening in comics these days too. Everyone doing the same boring styles, Marvel and DC having "house styles" now. There's always been copycats, but now no one is standing out. And another thing! heheh When I was young, I only looked at the crazy, flashy styles and what was popular, as you get older you start to realize that artists like Will Eisner (RIP) were geniuses and so much better than the artists out today. That's where Em is at now. He is a genius writer and rapper and these kids are missing it! I bet they'll see when they get older. Dang little whippersnappers. Really enjoying your videos. A lot of the reaction videos I've watched for this were youngins who didn't even know what Em was referencing half the time. You guys caught that kind of stuff, tho. I'd like to see you talk a bit more about your film work. Can't think of a particular song for you, but it'd be cool to see you break down some of your all time favorite songs/videos, new stuff, and old school too. For just WHY they were so much better than the nonsense coming out to day. Congratulations on 15k!
