For anyone that thinks he was serious, 'Pac was a huge influence on Em, and doesn't finish the line, "...that got Tupac kill-ahhh", as if he's frustrated that he took it that far. Still a great lyrical bar, and the fact that he ends it that way, makes it deeper. And, of course, for Stan's, "I'm just playing Diddy, you know I love you," is Goddamn brilliant! Kelly's may have been better sounding to more people, but Eminem doesn't need a chorus, music video, or crazy beat in the background to slay this guy. He did it with pure lyrical talent, and it's impossible to get every meaning he's trying to convey. One thing I've noticed, the older generation are much more aware of lyrical value. People that thought MGK won really missed alot of the double/triple entendres. They don't really know the history of the culture/hip hop. They don't really know about No Vaseline, Ether, Nail in the coffin, Hit em up..the list goes on. A diss doesn't need half the song to be a hook and the rest surface level bars. MGK barely has any double meanings in his bars. That's just my opinion on what I see.
