The Ego in me wants to think there's my-aged-kids behind the scenes directing But if not .. 👏 (Even if they are, still well done and good on the kids for giving their parents all the spotlight ❤️) Thinking (WORRYING) nobody's going to think we're cool or funny anymore when we get there (age 50s-60s and up) is a burden just about all of us carry as daily baggage, i think. And it sometimes even gets 100+ here too anyway. So idk pheonix sounds like cake to me personally. Yeah it's hot. But it gets that hot while being way more humid in a lot of places. And fuck that. I promise you big calves suck, I’m a genetic freak and backpacker, my calves at their widest point are the same width as my thighs. I weigh 150 and 15 of that at least is just pure calf muscle. I got Doubke D calves. I can’t fit into 95% of pants, even sweats and cargo pants. Joggers are just a yearning of my imagination. Sometimes when I’m walking and come to a stop, my calves bump into each other and it fucks up my balance. And the veins, they are not the good veins. Having big calves seems cool until you realize you will never look normal in clothes meant for people your size/weight.

I feel rather surprised at the quality in general, honestly. The whole thing might be just the three of them, but even if so, stellar! Right down to the camerawork! HAH! I even ended up receiving some education on filmography as well as photography while in school! Part of what I took in college, no it wasn't 'arts class' lol Anyhow, yeah, some good stuff! I like the angles, REALLY builds up the dad as looking big and ominous! One thought; if both the father and son didn't come through that doorway then viewers MIGHT not have any real point of reference to compare the height of the two, but due to both of them going through the doorway that frame of reference becomes a VERY good means by which to compare their height. So if a different locale could have been used (to be fair, that might be the only spot they thought really worked, I don't know the layout of their home) so as to remove any solid frame of reference (in this case, a literal doorFRAME of reference xD is that a pun? I think it's a pun and I'm goin' with it!) because if not for that then I think the visuals could have potentially been EVEN MORE impactful! Sam Raimi specifically comes to mind for that close-up of the eye, though I suspect he'd have liked some zoom-in as well. Of course the glass bit, Jurassic Park all day long, and hey it's iconic because it WORKS! The editing (like the shakes of the footsteps) is nice as well, but I also want to mention what someone else mentioned in the comments; I think the mother did a great job at looking fearful! The son did a solid job too (I suspect he was PARTICULARLY involved with the editing/filming process), but my favorite actor is really kind of a toss-up between the parents. So if I had to guess, I'd say the son was the behind-the-scenes magic-man for the most creative visual-angles as well as editing, while I'd say the parents took the show with their no-holds barred, all-in efforts to perform their roles as genuinely/seriously/professionally as they can manage, knocking it out of the park. Bravo all-around! I'm still only an amateur at best (I actually didn't graduate college, admittedly...), but based on what I've learned/seen, yeah the quality here just seems downright impressive. And if this is truly a trio of family members... wholesome as can BLOODY be. Thank God for you, and God bless your family! Equal parts terrifying, heartwarming, and comedic! Truly impressive! A 'fun for the whole family' comedy-thriller for the ages! haha

Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for So behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people.
