The only reason Whitestreak-on-the-toilet-seat is the “best” warrior in Tamriel is because of his cyborg nature, he’s the equivalent of a level 100 seasoned player of an MMO going back to the low tiers to bully the lowly level 10s to 25s because it’s fun.
