obsessed with youuuuu!!! I've used weights and heavy lifting for years. yes, i had a big butt, but with that everything else was big too! Thank God I came across you on Pinterest! I use to make fun of slower movements/pilates because it was easy...little did i know it was because i was aggressively rushing the movements. Slowwww and controlled is the way! I'm leaning out finally, seeing great results in my tummy area and it's all because of you! Much love natalie!
