I enjoy these videos, long or short, so I have no complaints either way. You do what works best, easiest and in the most convenient way for you. I would love to see family sized budget recipes. I can always double or triple these recipes but I cook for a family. By the way - loved the “sad carrot” comment. I use my sad carrots too. Thanks for your website. I’ll watch or rewatch the videos as requested. I definitely want your channel to be a huge success. As for the white noise - I often replay your videos as I’m trying to fall asleep. You are not boring at all. Just a gentle relaxing voice to help me relax. Praying for you and your family. I’m a teacher so I definitely understand the home school priorities.

I am a Senior, living alone. I love your recipes for one. My favorite recipes are the salsa and the chorizo. Until I watched you those were store bought items! I love that I can have them more often because I can control the salt. Once I realised that chorizo could be home made, I researched other recipes and found I can choose different meat!! An eye opener!! You have shown me a variety if meals that can be made using the same ingredients different ways! I was hopeing for lots more for a single person!! Also, I would live to see your bread recipies! Many seniors have trouble with their hands and kneading bread us a painful process. Do you have any recipes that don't require kneading? And do you have any that can be cooked in muffin tins so they can be frozen for later? Love your channel. Thanks for opening my eyes!!

Loving your channel from Arizona. Everything you do is really great. I remember my girlfriend used to make mashed potato/onion/cheese tacos and tamales. Mexican cooks are so inventive! I especially like how you incorporate veggies into your recipes, and using sausage as a substitute and replacement for expensive hamburger. ❤
