✨Sharing my ordinary daily life living alone here in Japan. For today’s video I’m going to
share how I store my food ingredients living alone, to save time and effort in cooking. I also went to drugstore to buy cleaning groceries. I also went to Ikaho Onsen to see autumn leaves and enjoy more the beauty of Japan.
Hope you enjoyed watching my ordinary life routine in Japan, cooking Japanese food and grocery shopping video.

No need to apologize dear Lady. Life has to be lived. I too have anxiety and have learned after a long to stop saying "I'm sorry". My Dad's doctor actually talked to me to say if I am unable to do something because of my disability, I am not doing it on purpose. And making myself feel guilty will just add stress and anxiety. I am trying to be kinder to myself. Because he said I need to treat myself as good as I do other people. Anyway, I really enjoy your videos so much. Thank you for posting another one.

It's always a treat when you have time to make one of these for us. I cannot imagine the time it must take just to record all of the shots from different angles not to mention the editing process. Take care of yourself - your followers understand and it's worth waiting for! I enjoyed the food prep section and you are so smart to do this as it saves time and food. Take care of yourself ~ Sending love from the U.S. ❤

Sending love and blessings your way from France 💟 With the winter coming its very common that people tend to feel more anxious and even depressed. With less light during the day and more cold temperature our body and mind react in a very different way than usual. Also the fact of living alone for so long can be related too. I know it very well as I've been single for four years now without having much friends either. I only have family to count on and I'm glad they're here as I couldnt go through loneliness without their support. Now dough since I discover your channel a few days ago I feel like there is some kind of a new smile that is back into my heart, something that made me realize that even on the other side of the worlds there's people just like me who struggle with the same issue. So I really want to thank you for your inspiration of starting to vlog your daily life as it brings a lot of joy and hope in people's life all around the world 🙏🌟 Sending love and blessings your way 💌 Alex from France

Hi Lou C!! First off thank you for being an inspiration to me and as one who knows about anxiety being triggered I feel you on that. I have pcos so I get a lot of anxiety moments from time to time so its always good to step back when needed. Second I wanted to say that while watching your videos, you give me the encouragement and strength to know that if you can live on your own so can I, I have been wanting to move out my moms and have been hesitant but you always give me the drive and the determination that anything is possible. Thanks for being you. Keep up the great work ❤❤❤

I just chopped up a bunch of veggies myself. Doing pre Thanksgiving stuff. Do you celebrate Thanksgiving where you are? I love to hear about other countries customs, foods and holidays. We are having, turkey, duck, ham, homemade noodles, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry’s, a salad, homemade rolls, pumpkin pie, buttermilk pie, pecan pie and cheesecake. I make a lot of food so my kids and grandkids can take home their favorites, usually enough for another meal and snaking. I hope your Thanksgiving (even if you don’t celebrate it) is blessed and wonderful! USA 🇺🇸 Missouri!

I also really WANTED a taste of your Pot Pie!!!😄 KFC in the US makes theirs a bit differently. More like I make them at home. I wonder if your food prep is similar to your home country's common practice. It is so practical and easy to use. I do something like it, but you have given me some great ideas! Question: I rarely see broccoli or green beans on any video filmed in Japan. Are they hard to find or high in price? THANK YOU!!! Many Blessings and great Joy to you!!!

It looks like my kitchen on produce day. You gave me many ideas. Things I didn't know I could freeze. Here's an idea for you. The less air in your bags the less it will freezer burn or wilt. If you take a straw and close up the bag except for one end where you have the straw inserted, you an suck all the air out like a vacuum sealer does. it's made my stuff last longer. I also put paper towels in my bags of lettuce and fresh spinach. They keep longer.

Thank you for another wonderful video! I'm a new subscriber and I've been enjoying watching your videos. You are very talented with the camera and video editing. Your videos are so calm and relaxing. I feel inspired when watching you cook and don't feel sad when preparing dinner for 1 as well or going to the store by myself. Your dishes look so delicious! Thank you again for sharing your day with us.
