Try to replace white sliced bread with sourdough bread. It's good for your gut. I'm pretty sure you won't have a hard time finding one in Japan. Also avoid processed food like hot dogs.
@tiamia7139

Thank you! You read my mind. That is NOT lasagna. It is highly processed, man-made chemicals - junk - in those packages. That shaker parmesan "cheese" is actually parmesan-flavored sawdust (shown as "cellulose" in the ingredients). I lived in Philly and made lasagna every week - noodles made from scratch (very easy and you can freeze), real ricotta cheese, fresh eggs, and a homemade sauce. She can also just buy a high-quality organic spaghetti sauce from the store. This so-called "lasagna" kit is actually nothing like real lasagna. It is over-processed junk and so bad for you. Nothing nutritious or wholesome/organic to nourish your body. It doesn't really cost that much to buy a jar of good spaghetti sauce and a carton of ricotta cheese, and an organic egg. Lasagna should not be made from a kit.

You have to chill the dough after handling it or rolling out, so chill once pie is formed. Then put in oven (air fryer?) right out of fridge. Or else the pie will be limp and soggy. You can't handle puff pastry that much. The warmth from your hands softens the butter in the dough and that's why it didn't crisp up.

With the pies you didn't over fill them, you just spread it out too far to the edge, that's all. easy fix. Also that filling would go great on top of buttered toast as a quick jam, or over ice cream for a treat at night. thanks for the video! I’m glad the acupuncture seems to help, I will be interested in what difference you find after more sessions. I have seen books and videos on using acupressure points you can massage or tap yourself and found they actually help. I have a T.E.N.S handheld machine as well, you can place the sticky pads on acupuncture spots or sore muscles, various uses, and it gives an electric vibration to the spot . You can choose how mild or strong , intermittent or constant you want the stimulation to be. It really helps my shoulders, knees and lower back , where I have muscle tears or arthritis. Have a good week.

Well, I think that looks like a nice supper but I wouldn’t say it’s like the lasagna like we eat in the United States. Here we have kind of a very thick cheese called ricotta that’s like tiny curds of cheese in a way it’s not cottage cheese, but it’s very thick and we beat it with eggs and spices and put it in between the layers of the noodles and the sauce and that’s what makes the white part of the lasagna. I haven’t seen it with the Butter and flour-based cheese sauce before which is the white sauce but I bet it was good someday you’ll need to come to the United States and eat lasagna here to check it out and see what it’s like. I think you’ll like it.

Making the cheese sauce with flour, butter and grated cheese is how we always made it in the uk, I now just use a carbonara sauce jar and sprinkle a little bit of grated cheese on top of the last layer. We also use lasagne sheets not noodles. We usually make it with chicken mince these days as well, it is cheaper and we are trying to reduce red meat in our diet.

Hi Lou, I discovered your channel since 3 days. At the beginning I wondered why you are so popular. After watching the videos I understand that you are a well educated young women who has achieved a good future by fighting with the life. Congrulations! And that you help your parents by sending money is very good. You are respectfull young women who can organise her life very well. I think that this is why people respect you because handling everyting by yourself is not so easy. The most young people have rich parents around them who supports their child. You can manage all by yourself. That's very positif. Keep going on by this way and keep protect yourself during your life. I live in Holland. Greetings from Holland.

Hi Lou C!!! USA 🇺🇸 Missouri here. I don’t take meds for my thyroid either, sometimes it’s high, sometimes regular, so the doctor won’t give me any either. It’s awful to feel bad daily. Take care, see you next time! ❤

I am very happy that you spoke about the Uyghur people and the injustice they are subjected to, and I see this behavior coming from you as an attempt to support the oppressed. I am grateful to you.

Hi, Lou, I love your videos! You have inspired to cook and eat better. I have made beef stew, fried chicken and stewed apples on toast except I forgot to use cream cheese and did butter. But tomorrow morning, I am trying the cream cheese! God bless you, Lou!
