I am so happy to have found you! I need to do something different. There’s a slim gal inside of me. I’ve never been able to free her! Even when I have lost weight, it’s been with great intention with extreme calorie/macro counting, etc. I am just starting to move toward this way of eating. Last night I definitely ate far past satiety, but I overate potatoes and broccoli, as opposed to the foods I had been eating. You bring so many excellent mindset approaches. Thank you for all of this! I look forward to getting slim with starch - but I just need to focus on TODAY. ❤
