@@xellis8434 tbf there are behaviours like that, for example in horses who spend all their time in stalls and start "nodding" their heads over and over for example. Those repeated kind of tick movements is something a lot of animals do in captivity (also seen in young children who don't get much stimulation, sadly). This just looked like the bear was playing though.

People need to realize that in order to get a place card for a disability, that person has to get a medically signed document and get approved by the DMV. Also not to mention you shouldn't have to provide proof of disability for any condition, as that is medical information. People need to learn to mind their own damn business.
