This isn’t questioning, it’s her building a story to look like a victim and a down to earth girl who got caught up in all this. Her constant speaking to the jury shows this is a play for them. What does any of this have to do with what happened! Does anyone believe she did all that volunteer work?

She is carrying on like he groomed her, they were both in relationships, mad loyalty on her part to her partner in saying this is inappropriate I have a partner. Yes same goes for him he shouldn’t have done it, but if she didn’t say no how would he have known to stop advancing.

I am a true victim of DV, SA, and horrible things beyond that. She acted out OUR story. I can’t tell my story without tears. I never pressed charges, because I was too scared that they (the men) would kill me. Terrified. Still scared of seemingly threatening men. She is acting in her testimony. Poorly. There is no way that she can appeal this ruling. It makes me so upset that she claims to be a “public figure of domestic violence” because, honestly, you, AH, gave true survivors a step back because you were lying. A huge step back for true survivors because now we aren’t going to be believed, because you lied.

I was also a victim when I was 16, just before I turned 17. I can’t talk about it. I even lost a really close friend because of how traumatic it was. Even to someone else it may not be that bad; that it wasn’t violent. This was my close friend’s boyfriend. He was the one who SAed me. I never opened up about it to her or to anyone for that matter. I felt I couldn’t trust my friend when she went back to him in senior year; again never told her or anyone. I’m even tearing up trying to write about what happened to me. I told one friend and she told him off but she dismissed my trauma entirely. Didn’t talk to me about what happened or whether I was ok. I didn’t feel anything from her testimony, honestly.

ikr and literally how is someone capable of so much stupidity that she ADMITTED to forcing Johnny not to carry out the divorce settlement in monthly instalments, and instead made him pay her in one full payment. She literally said herself as well as this was decided in a court that the settlement could only be fulfilled correctly through instalments. Also, she needs to look up the definition on pledged.

The way Amber delivers this whole testimony sounds like she is playing a role and studied domestic violence cases. I am not a lawyer but even I noticed the discrepancy in the story of the bruise on the arm, she starts describing it and says he grabbed her and then hit her so many items she couldn’t remember but there is no mark on her face. Then it becomes a pic she allegedly sent to her mum 2 weeks ago so the bruise on the arm is still there but nothing on her face? Also if my daughter texted me that her partner was being abusive I’d have been on the next flight over there.

That statement, day one, told me every-thing I needed to know 😂😂😂 And I only say that because after 19yrs of prosecuting, I can’t tell you how many defense attorneys will coach clients to use those specific, RIDICULOUS details, as it can usually produce “shock value” for a jury (I’m aware others know that- watching this again just reiterated for me why I’ve cared more for my morals than my conviction rate). Watching her smile & laugh like a school girl when she talks about him, it makes my stomach turn. I absolutely believed her. Until that statement. And it was downhill from there.

She always lies about her family. This was the first time I ever heard her mention the actual name of her home town, Manor, Texas… it’s literally just a blink of an eye kind of town that you just pass through. She’s still lying about breaking horses. She literally knows absolutely nothing about horses. Zero. Any horse lover or experienced rider would not only have basic enough knowledge to explain what “breaking horses” really means; but she would have the vernacular and vocabulary of a horseman. As I accidentally re watch this, I realize that the entire time this girl is having to remember 1 million lies that’s she’s told people about her life… she’s having to reinforce that too… This girl is something else. Y’all please don’t hold her against Texas… The only thing I feel she isn’t lying about is the fact that Johnny was amazing to her and her family. What a horrible trap she must live in.

@mistyminx5656

It’s not fishy, I went to catholic school and we had to do a certain amount of volunteer service. Often the soup kitchen is owned by the same diocese as the school. I volunteered mandatorily as part of my catholic schooling since like 4th or 5th grade. With adult supervision. But not EVERY morning. It was like one week a month or something. But if she expressed she felt unsafe at home and wanted to volunteer in the morning and an adult working there agreed to it I think it’s very possible. She is definitely a liar though.

Ok, anyone else here think Amber Heard's lawyer is a joke. Within the first few minutes of trial, she asks Amber about what it takes to break horses. Amber replies something to the effect of: a lack of fear & intimidation. You *have* to stay on it's back. Hmmmm.... interesting question to be asking someone claiming physical abuse. Because it seems as if Amber is the one "breaking" Johnny. In many of the audio recordings she has NO fear, NO intimidation. Then, the questions go to community service and Amber working in a soup kitchen. Like seriously, wtf? Amber just spoke about how one cannot be fearful or intimidated while being on an animal's back expressing a sort of "hardness" to her personality, & now a minute later the lawyer asks her to show off this "sweet, caring, compassionate" side of her volunteering in a soup kitchen?

At one point I read the basis for her counter suit, though now I can't find it to quote, but it amounts to harassment and nuisance SINCE their breakup and divorce. So yeah, this HAS to be worse than the actual alleged abuse😆

Honestly going through a traumatic event and then having to relive it in front of millions of people, with all of their opinions thrown in the mix about your traumatic event whether it's in your favor or against it sounds horrible. We see your strength, Johnny!

She had abused her ex girlfriend so I’m with you… very confused on her acting skills. “She worked with deaf kids” not saying children or hearing impaired/loss….yet she can’t donate the 7million dollars to children in need and they are still asking for the money she owes although she says she paid them when the truth is out she did not Lol she’s a messy lie. Body Analysis Experts have torn her body language apart to being dishonest.

Hats off to her memory! She's recalling the events of the past as if all of that happened just yesterday! And then there are no expressions while she's recounting the events! She could've acted a little to make it all appear a little realistic.

Amber you said that you knew JD was a famous star but knew little about him?Come on girl, I am not even from Hollywood but from the time JD rose from his 21 Jump Street role, the “Winona Tattoo”, and everything in between and after the whole world knew about it. Who do you think you are Ms. Heard???😂

That was a big indicator for me too. I feel like if you knew of him, you knew about the tattoo. She also slipped up and accidentally admitted on day 2 that she said things to provoke him to anger but quickly rephrased it.

I just started watching this trial, day 1 until now. My thoughts .....as a domestic violence survivor, 15 years in to a safe relationship, I still break down and can't control my tears when I'm triggered. How is she describing what she allegedly went through and not a single emotional response beside she scrunches her face and looks down? Then she's is fine to answer questions 20 seconds later? She is a terrible actress and an even more terrible person.

So you're saying losing your "Mother" wasn't the most "painful' thing in your life??? Wow!!! I lost my mother, my father, and my little sister, and those are the "most painful" times in my life! More painful then the DA I suffered for years, because I can Never have them back in this lifetime..., but after DA, my life still carried on! Just WITHOUT my mom, dad, and sister, which was so hard, and still is to this day!!! 😥☹️😭 As for Amber, she's 'Void" of loving anyone more then herself !! She lacks emotions of caring for other's, she didn't care how she got what she wanted and did whatever she had to, to get it! The biggest quality a person can have is this..."COMPASSION" which she has NONE!!! And that ladies and gentlemen, says everything you need to know about ANY human being!!! I feel she's digging a bigger "hole" for herself like she's Never seen before!!! 😱😱😵
