I used to have a 99, man getting into one of those and driving it around was a joy. You really can tell how heavy cars have gotten.

I will always watch videos about this generation. I learn to drive in a 1999 Accord during high school. I will always love that car. Yeah it had no AC or a radio and bad gas lines but it still was fun to drive. I wish we kept it. I wish I knew what I know now on how to maintain it.

Brings me back 20 years. These things were just simple and unbelievably reliable. Accurate steering with good feel, excellent shifter, and the seats were supportive.

I will never forget this generation of Accord. ❤

I always loved the simple ergonomic Honda interiors. It’s good to see Honda is one of the few cars nowadays w functional and simple interiors. But I miss the ultra low dash of earlier Hondas.

I have a 94 EX 4-dr...manual, of course. My little gem backup car. Love it.

Great. I had one of these, and now I miss it. It was a V6. You're making me want to look in the classifieds for a 30-year-old accord!

My dad had an '02 DX 5MT. He wanted to use it to teach my brother and I stick. Sadly, a lady ran a red light and totaled it back in 2012. On another note, I would love the occasional video of vehicles that aren't new -- Whether that be driving impressions, audio system, fuel economy, or something else. If nothing else, it'd be neat to see how we've come over the years!

My first car. It sadly had to be taken to the dumps because I couldn’t afford maintenance anymore. I still have the key in my key chain because I just loved the thing.

My cousin had one brand new, he had the ex in manual and same green color. He went and put nuespeed springs, Enkie wheels, apex’I cat back and aem intake. I was like 11 when he first taught me how to do an oil change. Great times.

What an amazing car, literally just update the interior a bit and it's on equal footing to new cars imo

Back when you could get an awesome, middle class car for $20k. Now that won’t get you a Sentra

In 1997 that was equivalent to $39K…
@dawsongranger49405 ай бұрын
This thing was honestly overpriced considering todays market. $39k equivalent for a 4 cylinder manual accord. That’s a horrible value. A 2022 touring with the 2.0 turbo was $38k and the new touring are $38k starting
@gothops1545 ай бұрын
@@dawsongranger4940 inflation calculators don’t tell the whole story. People had MUCH lower expenses compared to the avg salary. To say it would be $39k is meaningless and inaccurate

Great car but mines unfortunately has given me so many issues, probably more due to lack of care from the previous owner. Such a shame bc mines has no rust, the engine is just shot
