I love how your inspiring energy comes across on your videos especially when you are cooking I truly enjoy it. I have done some punch needle work at an arts and craft show and it was fun. At homes still in Quarantine in the house. I making prayers blankets for my local church. I have also learned a new skill and I will share once I understand when I am doing with the craft . It must be so nice to enjoy your garden whilst crafting. We are up to 10°C now... I was barely able to strip paint from furniture. In the sun, on my balcony, between 10h and 14h it felt like 15° without the wind. Waiting for warmer weather to repaint many pieces and gardening. 😎🖌️🌱

Hello from Greece. My name is Agapi, which means love in Greek 💜 and here's a quick recipe for cookies for you dear Catherine: so you mix in a ball 75 grams butter, 45 grams sugar, 1 egg, the juice of an orange, half a teaspoon of baking powder, another half teaspoon of baking soda, 2 drops of vanilla extract and 250 grams of flour in this exact order. When the flour is integrated completely, it will become a dough exactly like the one you made in the video, so you can repeat the same steps. The only difference is that you have to beat an egg yoke with a teaspoon of water and spread the mixture over the cookies before you put them in the oven. It will be a total success I promise 😀

This was fun. Of course the cats are gonna do what they want. 😺. You are going to be a great baker, I can tell. I'm an OK baker. I had to stop, because, the pounds will add up pretty quickly. Hi Carla, yea I was doing research on essential oils and diffusers can affect cats as it can get onto their fur and then they ingest it when they clean themselves.I would use your diffuser in rooms where the cats don't sleep x

Loved the video always enjoy just having fun. It bought back good memories to me as I learn how to cook and bake at 7 years. Even now I just pick up a good cook book and select when I want to make. I can cook the following foods Irish, English, Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese as my extended family is very large. I love trying new things and sharing with everyone. I make the old fashioned Pudding and Christmas cake each year from my late mom's recipes. Thank you for sharing this video with us all and a little trick you can melt your butter in the microwave also just keep and eye on it.

I find the metal of the cans changes the taste of beer, so I will only drink Guinness from a bottle (or draft, of course). If I’m really lucky, I find bottled extra stout (heaven!)

Always appreciate your videos, Catherine. Being well prepared and practicing helps make one look polished and confident - even though you may feel nervous inside. I’ve done many years of public speaking, live streams, tv, conferences, trainings, teaching, etc. I enjoy it now, but I was so very, very, very nervous in the beginning. My first speaking engagement (not counting college presentations, teaching, etc.) was to over 700 people at a conference in Seattle, Washington. I was quaking. 😳 Now I generally don’t feel nervous, I just feel like I’m having a chat with folks. You are so delightful and informative & you have a willing audience. Hi there love your videos I’ve been power washing too paths and patio and mine are like yours now funny story a few months ago my washing machine started smelling quite bad I rang the place I bought it from and the man came out he brought some bleach a very powerful one ,, he said he had got it for his patio as it had black spot I’d never heard of this and I said my patio won’t come up clean bless him off he toddled outside while the washing machine was doing a run with the bleach in he poured some of the bleach down then brushed with my sweeping brush left it about 10 mins and behold it’s clean there are lots of advice on you tube hope this helps xxx

As a new gardener, you'll want to switch from using tea bags to loose leaf teas for composting. Tea bags have plastic in them and won't break down in the compost. I spent years tearing apart the bags to ge the tea leaves out to put in the composter. Now I only buy loose leaf teas. Remove all fruit & veggie stickers too before composting. Something to consider...

Brilliant episode and 🙌 for the cookies😁 you can buy a product called wet and forget to spray on the footpath. Its pet friendly and you just spray it in and leave it to do its magic. You just need to keep pets away until it first dries 👌 p.s. I feel for you with the tv stress. I did a reality rich kids skint holiday and it's so much work but at least I didnt have to go live 🤦‍♀️ it gave me a whole new appreciation for the industry x

those cookies looked delicious....I make homemade peanut butter chocolate chip ones and the recipe is great....but maybe a little advanced for ya...LOL - but all in all your baking is coming along very well....I have to say, when I started baking I wasn't great and somethings are still major fails, but I just keep trying. And your live, caught it on your IG and was thrilled you got to do that...I would totally be nervous too. Your garden inspires me to work on mine and that is what I am going to do today in quarantine here in Nova Scotia. Take Care and also - I totally learned a new skill today watching your video - I now know how to pour a proper Guiness at home! YAY!!

You should do more while a lot of us are on lockdown in our houses. 😉 I was watching your IG stories and you mentioned that you were watching a Spanish tv show with subtitles. I've been watching on Amazon Prime these Polish(?) tv shows or mini-series with subtitles. Sooo good! One was called Life as a Mistress. The overseas shows are way better than here in the states! I am glad you said that I find it really difficult to concentrate the last 3 days and a little projects even like sewing my coat which has come apart at the seams and other things as well which would really be simple usually. I just feel tired all the time as well but can't sleep. Was going great on the yoga and out for a walk each day day hope fully I can get back to it the glad to know this might just be a temporary thing given our circumstances.
