I have no reason to buy this expansion at all. More dwarves? New big bad? Wasn't too enthralled with the tone of Dragonflight either. My mom thought it was cute but I want to feel like how I felt playing Witcher III or Fallout New Vegas, albeit toned down to retain the "T for Teen" rating. I miss the immersion.

It's cool to see consequences and for the player to lose. Here's hopeing the consequences will continue to bite the player during the expansion aswell. I can't remember in Legion after the broken shore there were to many times after big lore character or losses happened during that expansion. For example to see Velen die during the last patch would have changed the stakes somewhat for Antorus, but I don't know

I doubt delves will be too difficult. They were made specifically for more casual leaning players who complained they can't keep up with the Mythic system but still want end game gear.

Dragonflight will be the 2nd wow expansion I didnt take part in. The first was Wrath of the Lich King and I have some regret over that since WoTLK is often considered by many to have been WoWs peak before a decline but I did absolutely love MoP. Might regret missing the expac but im doubting it. Most of what I hear from it is eh, its alright. Think there might be something like the timeless isles in it from MoP which has been my favorite open world zone ive played.
