guys if you dont have the strength enough, i recommend practicing the frog pose, its like a handstand but, obviously, like a frog, it helps you strength the finger pushing strength

@@orochi32 overcome it, all i can do is give you a tip, if you fall over, raise your other hand, this will make you fall side ways instead of falling in your back, just practice the falling motion with a wall

Also though you’re going to lean your upper body back and forth so you should also develop core control to move your legs to help with balance

when the short is more helpful than most tutorials. i have been practicing handstands for over a year now with little progress, and this one video has just giving some of the best tips. balancing on our feet is so natural to us that we forget how we keep steady. basically a handstand is getting you hands replicate what your feet do. thanks a million

Bro, you helped me alot in my handstand. With your tips. And with your finger, and hand position. I tried to put my weight more on my fingers, and also did the same finger position as yours, and it made it alot easier to do the handstand, and made it more stable. Thank, you!

I remember years ago I watched a lot of videos about handstand and only 1 said this. It's the most valuable tip noone talks about. Second good tip is when kicking up to your handstand, avoid going down first because it's counterproductive. Start the kick up lower and roll forward with your leg onto your hands

Please for anyone wanting to try , practice core strength and arm strength. Warm up your wrists to prevent injuries . Handstand can be done but it's not as easy .

Doing wall handstands directly without having enough shoulder strength and without having a spotter is something you wouldn’t wanna do. I almost tore my rotator cuff after falling on my shoulder as I lost balance. However, I got really damn lucky as it was only a very minor tear, but could’ve been so much worse.

another factor is to work on your shoulder mobility. the more u can put ur shoulders backwards, the better the balance. this is comparable to when u are standing.

What also helps in a hanstand is looking at the floor between your hands instead of looking infront or behind yourself.

Another thing that helps is form try “locking” your shoulders by pushing your arms straight up at shoulder width.
