My Lord, I knew Daleks were dark, but this was much MUCH darker than I expected.

This Dalek could've easily gunned down both of them, and by its own logic here it should have. But it is demonstrating who is really in control, and that's the aspect about Daleks that makes them so terrifying. An aspect which is rarely used in modern Dalek stories, unfortunately.

Holy damn. Edit: I find it really intriguing, maybe even clever, that the higher guy was so willing ot write death papers, but he's unable to pull the trigger himself. While Lower level guy was on the verge of crapping his pants, yet was still able to execute the Higher-up.
