@@prtbone78 brother quit drinking 3 months ago using Allan Carr's book quit drinking the easy way without will power. It's amazing. Completely deconstructs what it is to be a drinker and why we do this to ourselves. Takes away all of the lies we tell ourselves and leaves you with no leg to stand on in regards to continuing to drink.

@@prtbone78 it's only been 3 months but it's been an incredibly EASY 3 months. In fact just went away for 5 days for a bachelor party in which everyone drank of course. Drank water the entire time even chearsed with water lol and ya know what had a great time because it's not the alcohol that makes a great time it's the people you're with and the places you go.

I can't walk ten feet without being winded. 2022 is the worst year of my life by a long long shot. I lost my wife on December 29 and the 1 year anniversary of her death is coming up. Feb 24 my dad died of lung cancer after a long fight. I was smoking 2 packs plus a day. I haven't slept longer than an hour or two at a time in months. I've gained a hundred pounds this year and I'm heavier than I've ever been. Yesterday I bought ddp yoga. I threw my cigarettes in the garbage. I did my first workout. I'm going to beat this. I'm going to improve my life because I have to for me. Idk if ddp yoga will be what helps pull me out or something else but I'm going to. Now it's my turn. Ty ddp

And Dallas Page is an angel sent from heaven in terms of what he does in rehabilitating folks. Whether it be through addiction, injury, motivation, etc...I firmly believe that God didn't take you Jake because he had a HIGHER purpose for you to be an example for those that are still struggling. And now is your chance to GIVE BACK to those that are. I think by continuing to do good for yourself and for others you will satisfy the good lord's gift he has given you. Jake, totally love ya, man! Your recovery has been a GIFT to watch these past years. I went through an awful lot of what you spoke of, and i totally know where you are coming from. You are on the right path, of that I am sure! I am sure you know as well, that if you help someone who is going through what you went through, and they make it through, you will understand what that gift is (I bet you know). Dallas? Thanks for not giving up. Thanks for reaching out to help your friend. Thanks for not giving up on him, and helping him get beyond his disease!

@DDP YOGA I had a similar disease..... I was a gambler for 9 years, and the day my ex partner cussed the crap out of me in my home town, I got clean. I got help from gamblers anonymous. I got the love, the self respect, the energy and emotion in my soul back. I was lucky, I found myself again. There are those who can't find themselves and guys like you are doing amazing work.... Keep it up, good luck with programmes in the future and God bless
