Tru Dat. It was event tv not just in America but worldwide. It was the last prime time television show that literally stopped the world. Now, I don't even know what's happening, I have not own a T.V. for almost 15 years. Nothing is worth watching.

Don’t mess with Bobby. He’s fast as lightning and has an adrenalized temper. Ray is right there with him. Bobby should have bashed Tommy’s brains completely out for what he did to April. Sadly, enough she was machine gunned down. Can’t remember why. I think Tommy was so high on drugs his Dad shot him to death. JR and Cliff couldn’t fight. They hid under tables. Lol. Jock could probably take them all out!!!

I remember Larry Hagman and the others talk about their fight scenes. Larry always said he went limp while Patrick, Steve, Howard and Ken went all in and Patrick replied: "And that's why we all have bad knees and he doesn't."

Dallas had these fights which were fun. What made Dynasty's catfights even more fun was the fact that you had women going at it they way men usually did. Great video!

There was one more fight, It was actually in the first season of Dallas, when Sue Ellen went to a bar (this when she really started drinking) and J.R., Bobby, Ray found her there and got into a fist fight with a guy that was picking up on her and a few of the patrons. It was really a good fight, and I think Dallas ratings went up after that episode.

That fight between JR and Ray was brutal. Years of pent-up resentment on Ray's part at JR's condescension, and JR never fully considered him a Ewing, but a half-breed interloper.

Love Dallas, but I caught a blunder at 3:58 This scene was shot in Culver City (the fake Southfork) Watch the whole entire prop-wall move when Krebbs and JR bump it - LOL! Oh well...they get a free pass, this show is ICONIC!

In the past, both Larry and Patrick have said they didn't really like the term "soap opera" because the show was more so geared towards men, whereas Dynasty & Knots Landing were geared more towards women.

@@mfjdv2020 I assume because Dallas male stars(Larry and Patrick) carried the show more and dealt with work business, etc., while Dynasty was more lead by Linda and Joan and Knots by Michele, Joan and Donna.

The fight from 7:57 to 9:13 was as a result of JR sending Pam on that Caribbean wild goose chase to find Mark. JR. You can make life miserable for that termite Cliff Barnes all you want, but if you don't want any more split lips and black eyes from Bobby, it would be best if you just LEAVE PAM ALONE!!!!!!!!!!

You're right 'The gigolo' was Nicholas Pearce. JR loved to insult Sue Ellen's boyfriend's. Nicholas Pearce was the Gigolo. Dusty Farlow his step brother was a saddle tramp plus s cripple and impotent (which JR mocked him about). JR called him a Jaffa. Cliff Barnes was a nitwit and a termite.
