@VerisimilitudeDude

+Royce Krueger You caught me in an off moment. It was that time of the month. Just kidding. But seriously, being sensitive doesn't necessarily mean someone is liberal. It just means that they may not have received the love they needed when growing up. Or it could mean that they are tender hearted towards others. Or it could mean a whole lot of things. It doesn't necessarily mean that they are liberal. I am mostly conservative and I don't think anyone is purely conservative or liberal. If they say they are, then most likely they are completely lying to others and themselves.

He Looked AN Absolute Beast- BUT INTERNALLY He had THYROID Cancer, High Cholestrol, Liver problems and His HEART WAS 833 Grams (Average Heart Weight is 300 Grams) Thats almost 3 Times the normal size). He suffered from Asthma and Hereditory Heart Disease as well as breathing problems He suffered a Heart tTtack at the age of 24? SO NOT WORTH IT. Once you put chemicals in AND DONT DO BLOODS-You must be Silly and DONT CARE For your health. ALOT of his problems could have been minmised but not eradicated as to his lifestyle/Dietary and ultimate STEROID ABUSE IN MASS AMOUNTS He would have eventually died a young death!! SAD LOSS.

The problem here is the crazy ammount of HGH they push, that will make your whole body grow, Hands, feet, head... and ofc internal organs aswell such as heart, lungs, liver etc. A average joe pushin' testo wont die from that, no way. Just keep it arround the "recommended dosage".

Sometimes it's called the suicide grip, that's the only term I know. Because there have been a few cases of people dropping the barbell on their face, which is a little bit more likely when using the suicide grip. Sometimes I do it but I usually do the normal grip with the thumb around the bar :)

Power Glide If your wrists are in pain you should use wrist wraps, its safer, better and useful. Many bench press vicitims has been deceased or disabled with borken ribs cage and internal bleeding because of the bar slipping from their hands!! Seriously I suggest you to skip this grip its too dengerous and its not worth your life and well being!!

3:10 So that's how you're supposed to use those horizontal handles. Never thought about it. Vertical handles for tricep dips. Turn around and use the horizontal handles for chest dips. Sorry to hear the man died. Hypertrophy in the heart?! Steroids will do that, but be careful. Just being an extreme athlete can cause heart growth/irregularities. I recall, some time ago, hearing of similar problems being found in competitors in various sports who weren't on anything.
