You are right. I just checked and similar townhouses in Lagoons start at 3.1 million. Lagoons also looks more congested to. Me for some reason.

I am an owner in Damac Hills 2. The quality of the finishing is not comparable to Damac Hills 1. Its worst and lower. So bad, also the after sales team and maintenance team is not cooperative and they ignored my requests for several months. I don't recommend anyone to buy or invest with Damac
