Cyn im today years old learning that my hair is high porosity….. after believing my hair was low porosity and treating it as such for the last 10 years………I finally tested my porosity the proper way and my my my….part of me 100% wishes I knew this sooner but the wiser part of me is actually grateful that I made a lot of mistakes with my hair and now I am finally able to receive knowledge and understanding. I wasn’t expecting to feel validated after testing my hair porosity. But because high porosity behaves the way that it does….im so glad to finally have a WHY to answer my biggest concerns!! I finally don’t feel like anything is wrong with my hair. I’ve always noticed my hair likes product with some protein in them. Tested my daughter’s porosity and she’s high porosity as well! Our hair behaves the exact same way. So must be genetic ❤ I follow you very closely and I’ll be watching even more closely now that I know that I have high porosity hair like you!!! If you know, you know! 😂 With everything you’ve been teaching my high porosity hair has been thriving even though I was treating it like it was low porosity. So now I gotta switch course and I’m expecting even better results!! My hair is so healthy and strong!!! It’s growing so well and so is my daughters! Glad I can help her navigate this journey. To me, you are getting our community back on track with the routines our moms grandmas and great grands were on. Which is honestly the same routine as every other group of people! So simple

Always on point. Thanks! What you put inside your body does determine how your skin and hair react. The hair that grows out of the scalp can only be healthy if your body is healthy

Cyn just started having my 4 year old brush her hair 50 strokes x2 a day. Her hair normally is dry and frizzy by Thursday. Today it looks soooo healthy with very little frizz!!! Also Ive been struggling with a thin spot around one side of my edges. It was growing in well but I think the bonnet I was wearing really didn’t help the cause. So of course I started to get inpatient and thought I’ll go get some hair growth oil. Then I heard you in my head and I was like noppeee let me get my butterfly blue tea, take the bonnet off of my edges and just let it be! It’s starting to fill back in already and it’s only been a few days. Also I use a medical device that does exactly what you described with oxygen and the body and that’s AMAZING too. It’s called the AVACEN. You should look into it!!! My grandma is a nurse and got me to start using hers so I bought my own.

Oh I’m so happy to hear this! Now you’re in control please keep up the amazing work!!! You don’t need oils for your babies hair or yours. Just a brush and a few products to shampoo, condition and style! Keep it up love!

My hair started shedding about 4 months ago and is thin. I had to cut 4 inches off but its still shedding. I also have SLE Lupus so kidney issues may be affecting it as well. But my diet hasnt been as food as possible because the cost has gone up 400% in hawaii. Were all hungry😂 but Im so interested in your info. Thank you.

No I’m not being rude but at 7 years old your daughter gave her alopecia. The human hair growth cycles is only 7 years. If she’s 7 years old something you’ve done has stopped her very first hair growth cycle. A dermatologist can treat the disorder but you have to find the trigger only you know the patterns the triggered the inflammation late led to her alopecia. What products does she use? How does she wear her hair? Does she blow dry her hair or air dry? Does she grease or oil her scalp? Has she ever has box braids with edge control used to braid the hair down? What are her hair habits? How does she wear her hair from wash day to wash day? Answer these and I’ll tell you what to tell your dermatologist.

She washes her hair once a week since she started getting hair then she found out that she had eczema and it made all her hair fall out so she started using baby don't be bald liv she don't blow dry her hair after she washed she just Grease the scalp put a little live on the hair and she would use rubber bands but not real tight last year her hair started falling out now she just has a little patch in the top of her head everything else is gone she still owes the the scalp and where she still has hair and no ma'am I don't think you're being rude you're just trying to find out the routine of her when she gets her hair done

One of the videos you said don’t go buy all the Olaplex line just get what we need …well 🤭 I bought the whole line because I wore braids and sewins all last summer and I’m one of those naturals that use to naturally dry my hair and the hair shaft looks wack. I used Olaplex in the past and didn’t like it but I think I just didn’t need it. I’ve been watching your videos all month and this time when I used Olaplex and recommend amounts my hair looks good, the roots feel a little dry but my denim has decreased and my scalp has been very dry. I also workout daily ..not sure if that means anything but we will see how this goes
