He also did a smaller version on himself when he flew up to the lookout to fuse with Kami. He didn't have his cape and shoulders thing, and materialized it right before landing.

I think Kami used the same move to give Goku a new Gi in Dragon Ball, so it may be a Namekian technique.

8:36 so magic actually exists in DB and it's different from ki which is what everyone uses when fighting. Only certain people (usually specific species and divine beings)can use magic and its generally more utility based then ki which is more used for combat. Piccolo, being a namekien(who have basic magic such as dendes healing and gurus potential unlock) as well as his connection to kami probably has access to a lot of magic, but the most he ever uses it for is clothes beam.

4:59 I don't know the in-universe reason but in real life, the author based his character on Erlang Shen, the three eyed deity, who battled Son Wukong in the novel "Journey to the West". Many Dragonball characters are based on the characters in that novel, for example ZhuBajie = Oolong, Sha Wujing = Yamcha, Bull Demon King = Ox king, Erlang Shen = Tien Shinhan, Son Wukong = Son Goku.

Buu Bits are important-ish to the story, but not entirely relevant. On the other hand, HFIL is the spiritual successor and cannon to the DBZA world, so you should ABSOLUTELY watch that.

Piccolo did the Clothes Beam back in like ep 4 after he destroyed the moon, and did regenerate his clothes when flying to the lookout at 40-something, but that one is probably more of editing thing, since he randomly goes back to his cloak outfit. Cell Games mini series can be all done in one go either now or after next ep (probably better after next). Same for whatever movies are still leftover to do, though Plan to Eradicate Christmas can also be left for after main series is done. After 60+Epilogue can do Kai series if you want to rapid fire through the series again. It's them abridging the abridged. It's more than just recap. Worth watching but not crucial. DragonBallShortZ can all be done in one go. HFIL is probably a bit too long to do in one vid and it is still ongoing, but can probably do 2 or 3 at a time. Buu Bits can do anytime after 60 Epilogue. It's does not reference or conflict with their original animations.

Goku and Perfect Cell by the creators of DBZA are why they call Fightsexual. Fighting is the equivalent of sex for those two it’s a good explanation for why they both enjoyed the fights they were in besides Cell in future spoiler moment.

My favorite detail about the end bit with Goku and chi chi is that unlike the Vegeta and Bulma scene where Vegeta is grunting and Bulma is moaning, in this Goku is moaning and chi chi is grunting, which makes me believe she’s doing all of the work 😭😭

Piccolo uses his clothes beam more than he uses the Special Beam Cannon. TFS doesn't call attention to it much but he uses it like three times in season 3 alone, but it only gets called attention to one time in season 1 and this episode.

Goku and Gohan are now in Super Saiyan Fourth Grade as you asked in an earlier episode they can stay in the form not indefinitely but for a very long time. It's also called full powered Super Saiyan and its the next step towards Super Saiyan 2. It's a balanced form of Grade 1 (regular Super Saiyan) that isn't any stronger than the previous grades but it has eliminated all of the drawbacks and they have full control over their ki so there is far less energy drain. Basically they mastered the transformation and are no longer doing it incorrectly like they have been doing. They are only stronger now than Vegeta was in Grade 2 because they trained up their base more. Not 3 actual days that's not possible as its still Kami's version of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber entrance. Dende does change that with his version.

So for the third eye, I didn't know this til I was skimming the DBZ wiki, basically Tien is a descendent of 3 eyed aliens that came to Earth like centuries ago. (Keep in mind Toriyama retcons a lot so this was prob decided on years after his character was made)

the namekian warrior race (only piccolo and nail that we know of) is stronger than the average saiyan and has higher general potential but with the combination of super saiyan and zenkai boosts goku and vegeta are able to pass piccolo's power

If you're still wanting ideas, I'd suggest Saiyuki Reload Abridged or the series itself. An underrated series in my opinion. (There's different parts to it like going from the original Dragonball, then DBZ, then Super. Gt is optional.

Saiyan's are broken power scaling wise though like other beings they do eventually grow slower. The remaining bunch are a rarity though as their thirst for fighting is also their greatest weakness since most die in combat early on or were of course part of the genocide caused by Frieza

off the bat, love the new hair color 5:01 I think in official canon he might be the descendant of tryclopses, but its never explained more than that. 8:35 that was a call-back to season 1. the tfs boys (KaiserNeko, Lanipator, MasakoX,and Takahata101) started feeling nostalgic I guess. 10:45 Goku's an idiot and the whole team loves tournaments and honor and stuff you shouldn't care about when the world is at stake. 15:00 TFS boys kinda regret giving that a 🍇 vibe. They did work it into the Abridged but Piccolo used the clothes beam in the first season when Gohan’s clothes turned to Orange that because after Goku turned into the Great Ape, he was naked so he gave a Gi like his father. Besides He had been alone since he was born so they had to show how he would get new clothes through the growing period or day to day wear and tears.
