I mean don't sign the Acknowledgement of Paternity or Birth Certificate if you don't want to be on the hook for "Child Support". Signing these two documents gives the government authority to dictate how one runs their family. Men can be father's to their offspring without signing any of Uncle Sam's bullshit paperwork. @ExclusiveLM8 жыл бұрын
........Dame doesn't miss a pause. But, Dame misses his money. Currently as of June 2016 Dame is 2 million dollars in debt and the guy interviewing him Boyce is worth more than him. Boyce makes 100k from this channel and around another 100k as a faculty member in a university. So Dame talks as if he still has the money he had to make it look like he has money. But, he is broke. That is why he doing reality shows and making independent cheap movies he sells in the street. All that happened to Dame because he doesn't know how to treat people with respect. When he was on top, he would scream at people and acted like he was God. Jay Z broke away from him because of that and now Jay Z is the true tycoon while Dame is trying to appear on many things to build himself back to what he was.

coptic777 Hold on do you guys understand that there are kids living with there moms. Who have 1 coat 1pair of boots go to public school because the Dad decided to walk away and leave a child that was once in a 2 income household and now is being raised in a 1 income household. Why are men in court child support court. Some are in court because they left there children with no emotional, physical, or finical support. So in return the mother had to take the Father to child support court. And the fathers want to complain abt the harsh penalties of the Child support courts. The bigger picture here is the money isnt the most important thing its the Dad himself his role in the kids life.Plain and simple. Being a great Dad dosent mean a man has to have a pocket full of money. Its other characteristics, that make a man a great Dad

I cannot tell you'll the time I've spent pondering "if men were really schooled on the idea of child support" maybe men would take responsibility for their birth control ... this would curb the birth of unwanted children , parents who are not mature enough to be parents, not to mention being stuck with a female you don't want to deal with etc... My son is 29 years old...I preached this to him starting in grammar school. I told him many a day that I had no interest in paying as a tax payer for welfare, food stamps for a child is was not prepared to support etc... I also told him that a man can have an reversible vasectomy easily. My son does not have children, his coworkers can't believe he's not paying CHILD SUPPORT; they cry a river every pay day !!! Child Support is NOT JOKE. Boys and Men take responsibility for procreating

Stephen, it took a lot of work! Being a parent is the hardest job I've ever done. Hard, especially since there are sooo few structures/supports in this wasteland of a society we live in. When my son was in high school we lived in Oceanside, CA. There was a daycare at his school for young girls who had children. I ask that James be enrolled in the program as an elective credit. I wanted him to experience what the young “girl/kids trying to act grown"” had to go thru. One of things he remembers the most is how often the great-grand and grandmothers were key in raising the babies, young men and women really need to "ask somebody before they start the baby making game," it ain't a game. There were days when we’d be sitting in the car at a traffic light and the teenage mom’s would be struggling with baby in hand/stroller to cross the street. I used to tell him “now look, look what she’s dealing with, where is the “boy”? I would also remind him, wherever he was on the bus to be sure to give up his seat for the elderly and the young moms or moms in general. Stephen, I raised him at the height of all the hip-hop filthy trash music, it was hard to compete with all the garbage that music was slinging.. Young women in trifling videos, no self-respect. Now when we talk he says “mom, now I see how back in the day soo many artist sold crack etc..destroyed their own neighbors….yep, they created record labels but what a cost, they destroyed their own communities.” He really has become analytical when he hears those same rappers critiquing society, Hollywood, policing etc…

This brother is just as conscious as any one out there. Speaking of Boyce Watkins. Economic empowerment is extremely important to the Afrikan people. We have to gain resources but first have to work on gaining wealth. Investing in yourself and own people. Think black everything about us should be black. I try to do everything black. If there was a black owned gas station I would only go there. Restaurants I try the most to go to family owned black restaurants. Black car wash, black clothing stores. Being black conscious is important. Even if the owners are unconscious we have to create an environment for black love. Peace to the brothers and sisters out here building and educating.

Get custody of the child. Men that typically didn't have fathers in their lives have no confidence in themselves raising a child without the mother. But believe me, it ain't rocket science and she ain't doing nothing that you can't, except breastfeed, and it's likely she's not even doing that.
@Einnor0848 жыл бұрын
Easier said, than done?
@kweli058 жыл бұрын
Ron Beck Walking is easier said than done. It's still very doable. You mean getting custody (more than 4 days a month) of children, right? I've heard lawyers say the reason women get custody most of the time is because men don't even try. Most men concede to women. Look, if gay people can get married, single fathers can get custody of their children (50% or more of the time). Times are changing and men need to come out of the stone age. Don't just do nothing.
@Einnor0848 жыл бұрын
+kweli05 Hmmmmmmm.... Datz whutz up! I just thought, they were lookin 2 hobble da man. ( feminist agenda. ) Man usually bein da breadwinner, I @ least thought they would want him 2 b paying. If u have split custody, ( 4 dayz per week ) wouldn't dat mean no child support?!?
@kweli058 жыл бұрын
Ron Beck I wouldn't doubt there's an agenda to harm the man. Either way, we do have some control over the matter. I don't nessecarily subscribe to a lot of these conspiracy theories, but I'm no fool either. Four days per week is either no child support, or a lot less child support than the typical visitation rights for the man (4 days per month), which is just a joke. I've never been in the situation to pay child support, as I am married to my children's mother. If for some reason we ever split, I just can't imagine seeing my kids for a few days per month. It's ridiculous what this society does to men, and at the same time men let it happen. We have the power, we make the laws, yet we seem to get the short end of the stick when it comes to a lot of things.

Props to Dame and his bravery for talking about something that not only affects many black fathers financially but make them become a slave to their career and to the child support system. 1) The FACTS OF LAW already say child support has been declared unconstitutional. So for the defendant’s cause of action against plaintiff/the court. There is no jurisdiction in the matter, as child support was declared unconstitutional in (STATE OF MINNESOTA IN COURT OF APPEALS C7-97-926 C8-97-1132 C7-97-1512 C8-98-33, Filed June 12, 1998). The decision was up held in the Supreme Court. (STATE OF MINNESOTA IN SUPREME COURT C7-97-926 C8-97-1132 C9-98-33 C7-97-1512,) Filed: January 28, 1999. This alone constitutes that no jurisdiction could exist. Because child support was found to be lacking, any provision for the separation of powers act in the US Constitution in both the Federal and the state law.
