I don't know if it's necessarily trauma that causes this. It can be for some. But other people are just addicted to thrill-seeking. It can be found in places like the military, rock-climbing, sky-diving, etc. It just seems like this guy gets a lot of his fill from drugs, alcohol, and sex. Many people can go through a phase like this (college), but with this guy being a trust fund kid, he never had to grow out of that and get civilized.

Don’t know how I ended up here but high doses of cocaine can cause ‘vasospasm’ in the coronary arteries that leads to a reduced blood supply to the heart - ‘a heart attack.’ That’s why the coronary angiography was normal afterwards. He had them alright. It’s a fairly common presentation to nighttime city ED departments. This guy is a total, narcissistic clown.

I knew a guy from school like this, OD,ed in his mid 30s leaving behind his wife and 3 yrld daughter.
