Mike walking out at the end there really wasn’t cool, everything was going really well and he turned it into something negative. However I will say I think I can understand him on some level, he dealt with Nino’s behavior for so many years and I can understand he probably grew to resent Nino a lot, even if Nino started doing every single thing perfectly it still wouldn’t convince Mike, once you break someones trust it’s so incredibly difficult to get that back, sometimes there’s just no going back from that because it already caused too much damage, you’re afraid of getting your hopes up because you’ve been disappointed too much and lied to too much in the past. So I have to say I kinda get it on Mike’s part, but still it doesn’t excuse him for acting like a moron to Gordon.

This is what I’m saying. The mother and sister forgave Nino so quickly, that seeing mike act a different way they were not happy, well mike isn’t happy with Nino, he’s screwed both their parents and his siblings over multiple time, lied, drove the restaurant into the ground, mike and nino probably have other unresolved problems too, he’s valid to have his feelings and not be happy. Nino did his job for a couple hours and what? Everyone’s supposed to throw him a party? And mike has been busting his ass with his own work and helping his mum, picking up ninos slack and being treated like crap. He probably knows more then that, that Nino probably will revert to his old behaviour so he doesn’t want to get his hopes up

Morale story for today: Don't be LAZY at work. IMO, it is Nino's fault. If he wasn't lazy and did something at the restaurant, his siblings wouldn't be involved since they are jobs too. And because Nino has been taking this advantage for years, everyone is pointing fingers on him, including his own family. About the part where Nino made bad decision. That makes me curious, I want to know what really happened to him at that time. Probably drinking and driving or consuming narcotics. Sooooooo yeah. Don't be lazy at work, or everyone will hate you.
