There are, 2 semesters ago, i was bullied my dance teacher, 3 semesters ago, a chubby company director told us women we were obese when we were skinny, he insulted us, used bad words, disrespected us a lot, and my company dance mates didn't make it easier cause they were just as mean, so i had eating disorders, anxiety and became hysterical, i cried in the bathroom everyday when i was in that company and when i had that mean teacher in my dance career, trust me, dance academy show is accurate af, and i am not even like tara i am even more humble, honest, sweet, kind and i dont mess with anyone, i avoid gossip or drama, i really never deserved the bullying i got in dance and in general, cause In high school o was bullied for being into arts 🙄☹️, people just love to be envious of talented people and love to aggressive towards good people, for no reason, just because they are misserable and jealous, is so cruel and unfair, but is real...

My thing isn't really about dance but I was verbally and physically bullied by both students and teachers for having learning disabilities when I was in elementary school (5-10 years old). Totally different situation because I don't think my thing had much to do with jealousy, but like, how could teachers be so cruel to their students, ya know? They are supposed to help you learn and grow, not knock you down.

Watching this series over (again) made me see for foreshadowing of Tara's injury when Tara was talking about the different between a few degrees in the introduction. For Tara, there was "Worn in" -- uninjured, dancing and improving with training, "worn down" -- Saskia pushing her back beyond it's limits, and "worn out" -- when Saskia gave Tara that final push and broke her back. Is it just me who sees this? Yes? Okay, I'll just return to re-watching this show for the millionth time. I just found it funny how I noticed this.

Kat really is one of the best characters of this series. The way that she is always ready to help her friends despite her own problems and her capacity to detect flaws on herself and work on them is amazing. Contrary to Christian, she just doesn’t blame the world for her problems, but tries to work on them on her own time. Here, she realized she needed to come back to the academy to gain experience and maturity, forgetting her pride and frustration. She showed great maturity in this situation and also when she said to her mother to go on her tour, despite needing her. I think Kat’s character really shows how a person with a big heart and emotional intelligence can deal with her problems.

bellebee 101 I think they both have their flaws, Tara’s a bit of a perfectionist and she tries to fix Christian (and people hate it when you try to fix them, especially when they don’t want to be) and Kat is a bit like Christian (which is probably what attracted him to her) she’s very payed back but she doesn’t take a lot of things seriously and tends to let good opportunities slip by her, not as much as Christian but still.

Kat, not cool! The kiss between Christian and her was Christian’s cowards move after he broke up with Tara, but the speech she gave to Christian after he said they were always friends, totally gave Christian the shelter to escape the reality he didn’t want to deal with. He clearly still cares about Tara, otherwise he would just let Tara “avoiding” him. It doesn’t matter if you have feelings for him since day 1, you know how much he and your best friend loves each other, you don’t get between them!
