I wish the writers didn't feel the need to insist on the star crossed lovers trope with Christian. I do not get that sort of chemistry from their relationship and it comes across as forced. Ben & Tara are great together & genuine love does not have to be filled with heartache and pain to be "real"... only in the movies. After Tara & Christians behavior in this episode ugh, maybe they do deserve each other.

The best part about Dance Academy is that each character is flawed. They all do awful things, yet they all of strong, amazing moments. P.S. Ben is a sweetheart and doesn’t deserve to get treated like how Tara treats him. But at the same time, Christian and Tara are soulmates🤷‍♀️

I really get that Christian has been screwing up a lot in the show and it makes me really angry. Ben and Tara are great together and he’s very sweet but there’s just something about Christian and Tara... they’re just meant to be. And once Christian gets thru whatever he’s been going thru and gets it together: his relationship with Tara will be amazing. There’s something that will always draw them back together. They’re what the other needs. They’re actually soulmates. Idk how else to explain it.

Last season and the beginning of this season got me really mad at Christian bcuz of the way he treated Tara and his dance career and I even started shipping Ben and Tara but I couldn't deny the fact they lacked the chemistry Christara had. He did left because he was jealous, it was also about Sammy. Zack did explain it. He always loved her, its complicated. Christian has alot of personal issues that he needs to sort out before he can cmmitt fully to Tara. Everyone knows he love her. Tara challenges him to his full potential and that scares him, but eventually he will gets it. Your wrong he is not inconsiderate or selfish especially when it comes to Tara.

People say that Tara flip flops but it's actually Christian. She has always loved him but forced herself to move on because he dated her best friend. Even in this episode you can tell she is trying to be with Ben and force Christian out but Christian always strings her along. If he would just leave her and not give her those looks she would be able to move on. But since he can't decide she's forced to go back and forth

Honestly I prefer Christian with Tara bc they are so different than each other. When Tara liked Ethan it was cringy to watch when they dated each other but with Christian it started off more natural. I think Christian could be immature at times but I felt like their love for each other was just more interesting. Ben I liked a lot more than Ethan and he is a sweet guy but I still think their relationship is just too typical and expected. They do seem more similar to each other than her and Christian but I liked that with Christian it was not the couple you’d expect and that they both challenged each other. I also found that they both had their own flaws and could in many ways help each other grow.
