Hi miss T! I just want to appreciate how much you helped me in my journey for dance and gaining my flexibility back. I have an up coming dance audition for a performance art high school and I need to remember a lot of old techniques from my past dance class at my past school and you are helping me so much. she's stretching the muscles when their almost cold, you shouldnever do that because the muscle needs to be warm in order to be stretched, other way youll just rip it. She should do more warming up cardio before doing these stretches...

Its a realy nice flow, but its to fast to learn. I stop and go back in this video thousands times. Cause the audio description is not enough to know what to do. In a lot of parts you can not watch to the screen, cause head is down, side... and than you don't know what next. I often have the wish to the KZbinr to make a learning tutorial and than a flow video too.

So I've always loved dancing but I'm already 13 and I'm afraid to start dance classes. I have been to a few when I was about 11 but all the people there were my age or younger and have all continued. I, unfortunately, I had to stop for a few years and now I'm scared to start again. I feel like everyone in the class is going to be so much younger then I and I will feel uncomfortable. I don't know what to do and I feel like it is too late.
@joannaeloranta1545 жыл бұрын
If you don't start now you gonna be 25 real soon and wonder why you didn't start when you were 13 lol. So just go for it!! I started at 17 yo and I've been dancing with kids half my age. For you the kids would only be couple years younger.
