This scene wasnt in the comic because it didn't make any sense, we see that pretty fast mark became much stronger than any of the previous guardians (since he is stronger than immortal, and he was strongest of them) and at that point he is nowhere near nolan's strenght. You see nolan literally obliterate a civilisation by flying by fast (later in the comic it is explained that you can train flying by constantly pushing yourself to your limits and he had thousands of years to do so) They died fast because they stood no chance, in the show this scene just feels wrong. He would clap hard enough and they would die to the shockwave.

If you look back at the fight with the Guardians, they held their own against Omni Man mainly because Red Rush was in a support role, helping them dodge Nolan's attacks. The real difference is this: You surrender to Omni Man, agree to serve the Vertrimite Empire, and you get to live. Under Homelander, you have zero life expectations even if you obey. It's not a matter of if, but when he will sadistically murder you for shits & giggles. At least under the Vitrimite Empire, you have worth. Not much, but you are under the protection of the empire. Another race or group comes by starting trouble, is going to get brutally curbstomped with the added "this planet is not yours to conquer ".

Maybe the only Boys character who could do something is Hughie's dad as he can phase through objects and phase into other people as he did it in the show. The one issue I think you over look is that electricity works different that other energy based weapons. in several anecdotes I have heard from people that survived exposure to high voltage electricity is your body seizes up. From what I understood, because your nervous system is a set of electrical impulses, the high voltage over-rides your nervous system and causes it to seize up and in some cases the seizures can be so violent it causes bones, expecially vertebrae, to break. So the question we have to ask is what is the highest voltage Storm Front can create and, his nervous system is similar to a human one, what is Omni-Man's tolerance threshold for electricity exposure. Assuming she can produce enough voltage to breach his threshold and cause a violent, spine breaking seizure, and it can cause quadriplegia, can the head of Omni-man beat the Seven?

When Omni man took out the seven, he was holding back. He needed them to do some damage to him so his story would seem plausible. That's why he just held the speedster in mid air while he wailed away at him. He needed it to look like he was beaten. Can't say you were beaten when there's not a scratch on you. What I'm saying is, the seven didn't even present as much of a challenge as it seems on the surface.

The Texas sized asteroid mentioned in the video would be roughly 5e+20 or 500 quintillion british tones assuming for a 2 grams per cubic centimeter dense asteroid. That is exponentially above the quoted millions in the video. In fact it is 500x1million to the power of 3. This is probably one of his best feats bc stopping an asteroid like this going well above mach 30 on the low end is so much stronger than what people give it credit for. With this strength omniman would be able to literally flick his finger and instantly explode homelander from the force.
