I too am a lifelong Mississippi resident and while not all Troopers are this corrupt the vast majority have a sense of superiority that the average citizen would find insulting. Cops are not allowed to search without probable cause, exigent circumstance, dog detection, or a warrant. Telling you to roll down your windows is a 4th amendment violation. They can ask you out of the car, but you still have the right to keep a secure vehicle.
