The Older you get the more difficult it gets to focus and remember small tasks but Muscle Memory never seems to disappear. I still have the “send it” Trigger finger pull when the target comes in to Frame. I’m not sure why since remembering why I even walked into a room Is happening more often now. CQB is one of those things i have a hard time training with others to do. I've been to a few ad-hoc classes over the years as a civilian, and I frankly can't get myself to trust that the tacticool guy in the crowd won't shoot me doing a doorway sweep/entry. I was always ok with the presentation side of it and movement. but eventually it comes down to holes in paper and the guy behind me has a loaded firearm. Eeeeeks. My trust isn't that high any more lol. My best friend and I actually walked out of an instructor led class one weekend because they were going to send people into a shoot house, HOT, that we didn't trust to not kill us by accident. F that noise. I love seeing people train though and glad you are offering the course. If anyone can do it right, I'm sure y'all will.

Your concerns are warranted. We only offer CQB courses to clients that have take Handgun Level I & II, Carbine Level I & II, and our Med Course. Day 2 of the CQB course is in a shoot house but we use simunitions. Any company that allows every swinging dick with a rifle into their “CQB” courses with no vetting or prerequisites… those silly people doing silly things that put other’s lives at risk. And there’s a lot of them.
