Luke and Sabrina 🧑🏻👩🏻, greetings to you 🖐! Good video 👍! Certain tasks are best left to the experts, and climbing a tall tree for toddy is one of them. The mushroom cutlets (11:18) look delicious. They remind me of the arancine (deep-fried risotto-and-cheese balls) in Sicily. In my reckoning, fried anything balls are good. How about fried matzo balls stuffed with tajine-style vegetables ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tajine#/media/File:ZnuTjn2a.jpg ) 😋? I cannot wait to watch your upcoming seafood 🦀🦐 episode. Travel safe!

In Borneo... this drink is fermented with the bark of the mangrove tree which gives it a reddish colour and increases the alcohol content rapidly. We usually drink it when we run out of beer.

Also, I am thinking of visiting Srilanka soon, will you kindly share the details of the travel agents you used? Thanks again for making these wonderful videos. The high skilled climbers start early climbing shortest coconut trees under supervision, they use specificly woven strong tree/ other material based straps or leather in some case, rarely seen rags though.

India& SL doing toddy making from both coconut & this type of Palm trees for 100+ yrs, I bet few other coconut tree countries also figured it out. in SL they also make factory bottled arrak whiskey from coconut, which I tried, it's v.strong 40+% dark brown color whiskey, similar to Philipine own dark Tanduay rum

The palm juice taken in the morning is a sweet one and the one taken in the evening is sour. The creator was a Brahman name ‘SO’ who added several different types of tree roots to ferment the palm juice - Cambodia Khmer Dictionary. You probably missed the young palm fruit and dessert made from the fruit.
