I’ve been on 6 months of lead and arsenic detox. Slow method with natural supplement support. I was raised on a farm with old farmhouse-old paint, around pesticides etc (in the 50’s and 60’s. (I’m 74 yo) plus normal living in this toxic environment. My anxiety is way down snd I sleep much better. I’ve been keto with emphasis on animal products for many years so symptoms were tamped down.

I’ve been trying to get good information about how to properly detox heavy metals and it sounds like it is pretty serious and that the protocols outlined in “Amalgam Illness , diagnosis and treatment” by Andrew Hall Cutler PhD PE is the way to go. I think it’s out of print but there are links to PDF out there but it’s a big read. Moving to LA / SUSHI / VEGETARIAN Really FCCKD me up. A cat scan revealed my brain showed slight shrinkage around the perimeter indicative of old age or severe malnourishment of a handful of nutrients. I was 28. Moved to LA at 19. Now I’m in Texas driving to local farms. It’s a joyride. Side note I did not party in LA. I was in the gym and sleeping 8 hours. I know the LA culture towards diet damaged me almost irreversibly. I think soon with this diet and raw milk and how great I’m feeling I might be able to get off the anti depressants I was prescribed after the cat scan.

If you're getting implants and going so extreme with diets that you're reduced to eating just eggs, or two types of vegetables, or getting obsessed with your calorie counting, at 18 yrs old, its a mental health issue. Not a physical one. And before anyone comes at me, I'm a female. And a professional. And it just makes me sad to hear conversations like this. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Started eating kale since it’s a “superfood” was eating homemade kale chips from the oven, putting kale in salads and smoothies. Don’t do it. My throat was so scratchy and painful. Once I stopped using kale, it went away.

Does anyone know how to remove antimony from the body? I have been using zeolite, cilantro, chlorella and silica. These remove other metals except antimony. Please🙏

Question... Would there be any change in mercury levels if the fish was placed in a glass bowl with edible bentonite clay water overnight?

I just called my naturopath and booked a heavy metal test no problem, maybe they don’t do it at your naturopath?

Most likely she did an EDTA enforced urine heavy metal test. That is what funct meds docs reccomend. You can do the bioresonanse Bicom or SoCheck test that will give precisely a whole lot more info on many other pathogens and deficiencies in ur body. Like parasites n stuff.

Showing will have little to do with vitamin d unless you shower with some horrible stuff that leaves a layer and blocks the sun.
