Joshua turned up looking flat, disinterested and very tense. Where were his left jabs, his slick counters his combinations? Where was his head movement and his lateral movement? 🤷 Joshua had no coherent offence, no defence at all and he lacked energy. His entire strategy was to land the right hand bombs that flattened Ngannou, but he did nothing to set them up. Dreadful performance. Congratulations to Daniel for capitalising and retaining the IBF strap.

AJ looked miles off the pace. Dubois went for him and AJ simply had no answer. Not sure a rematch is in AJ’s best interests. Dubois is improving now with every fight, he’s becoming a man and you can see how confident he is. AJ landed a big right hand in the fifth round and what was impressive was how Dubois took the punch and did not panic. In the ensuing trading of punches Dubois landed the fight finishing short right hand. Dubois looked in all honesty a superior boxer to AJ and so it proved. 🥊

Regardless of what happened in the Dubois vs. Joshua fight, Dubois is still a dirty fighter. I'm glad the referee addressed Dubois' headbutting early in the fight, but he still snuck some in along the low-blows. He also used his forearm a lot, which is an illegal tactic. Joshua can't handle power punches. Hrgović and Miller can. Which is why Dubois headbutted both Hrgović and Miller throughout their fights, but had more success with Hrgović.

Absolutely insane. The energy in the stadium was incredible. I appreciate the Saudis putting on the fights we want to see, but the spectacle is not even comparable.

Major shock; he caught AJ cold in round 1 and AJ never recovered; which showsTeam Dubois employed the right tactics. It'll be interesting to see the outcome of the Usyk vs Fury rematch on 21/12/2024 and who Dubois fights next. Boxing in general and British boxing in particular is looking really healthy for 2025. Thanks for uploading - liked it and subscribed.

The 2020's is building up to be a great era for heavyweight boxing, the best since the nineties and there's still over 5 years to go.

Bring on the Usyk vs Dubois rematch, asap, please!?….

Don't be naive. The outcome will be the same. Dubois knew how to beat Joshua. They fought before. But it's not the case with Usyk. Usyk has beaten all top British heavyweights despite being the smallest and oldest guy.

Thanks Rummy, you were the only one that gave me a like when I chose Big Dan over AJ. What a beat down. I wasn't quite expecting that.

You said it- he was warn twice for "using head" in the opening. Shoud that be done against Hrgović and he wasnt sick and exhausted weed be seeing anither man fight against AJ. As he even sick looked 10x better against Doubois then AJ!
