For anyone who’s interested in knowing: Jordan Neely had 42 arrests on charges including petty larceny, jumping subway turnstiles, theft, and three unprovoked assaults on women in the subway between 2013 to 2021. Neely needed help from his family. Period! They were not there for him how dare you throw this at the public!!!

Separate violent people from citizens. What is it going to take? He had to step up to protect us because cops can’t or won’t because of woke idiots who lack common sense.
@shurnbrendt75814 күн бұрын
Considering he’d been arrested dozens of times prior, the cops were doing their job. The courts failed twice here by letting him go back on the street over and over, even after violent offenses. If they had done their job, Neely would still be alive and Penny wouldn’t have had to deal with all this nonsense.

Plot twist, as soon as I saw the media mainstream posting Neely’s kindergarten, JHS, High School pictures and how of an angel he was. I knew right there and then that Penny was innocent and the Force was justified 🤷🏻♂️!!!

@jacobew2000 the jury is not always right.
@jacobew20004 күн бұрын
@@RealBNews Maybe not, but if that jury had gone the other way, you would not be crying about it. This was a "jury of his peers", which means that they also came from the community and saw the law as it was. That there is in fact a right to self defense, from a criminal, who was threatening and trying to hurt others. Frankly, NYC violated the innocent citizens rights by denying their ability to carry guns on subways. Hopefully that injustice will soon be corrected too with pending court cases.

Sorry that he had to lose his life, but this was an accident while being subdued he didn’t give up trying to get loose. He would’ve caused more harm to people. Unfortunately, he died. But this could’ve been worse a lot more people could have been hurt, because one person did not get Family help for his mental illness. Funny how they’re all standing in line to sue for money. But where were they when this man was suffering homeless on the streets? Where was his family then?
