Raika Parzella I agree, being woke means being aware of something that not a lot of people are aware of, a lot of people are aware of sexism, the people who ARE sexist are aware of it, they’ve just decided to be that way. I would say he’s definitely correct in what he’s saying, though knowing sexism exists isn’t some form of mind blowing enlightenment. I’m guessing they used the term loosely/ jokingly.

Fr on the "if men had periods" bit. There definitely wouldn't be a luxury tax nor would birth control be as crappy as it is. I've read that when they did trial runs of men's birth control, it was considered "inhumane" to release it to the public because of the side effects like nausea, mood swings, decrease in sex drive and all the other side effects that women already commonly deal with! Yet that's written off as inconsequential when we bring it up, lol

Andrei Radu Infertility, cervical cancer, chronic depression, birth defects in babies and causing the endocrine system to burn out are side effects of the female birth control pill. It is recommended once you start you should never stop even after menopause because it has been shown that the hormones don’t recover so it then acts as hormone replacement therapy. There are no studies that prove that it is safe to use it and then stop.
