Arina Zhukova thanks so much for saying that and appreciate the support!! Yes- glad that you are considering at least a baseline check up and then have the dermatologist decide how often you should be checked. Let me know if you have any questions! Take care and thanks again 🙏🏼🤙

I have gone to a woman dermatologist and then a man dermatologist and even though I prefer to have a female doctor because it's embarrassing I really felt more comfortable with the man dermatologist. He had a personality like this doctor.

I am scheduled for a one year followup after a small cancer was taken off I am pretty sure I will not be going. these videos make it sound so easy but it is not. I did try to let the doctor see what was needed to, but I couldn't calm for even a minute. I used to love to go swimming, today I no longer go because I surgery has scarred my body and I can not expose myself to that degree. The thought of someone going over my entire frame with a microscope is beyond all I could imagine

Dr Sugai, thank you for this informative video. I am looking for a new Dermatologist. The one that my GP recommended was very limited and quick. I wasn't requester to remove my shorts or socks much less look between my toes or the bottom of my feet. I am 71 and have had two Basil Cells removed, one behind ear and one under hair on head. As the patient I feel awkward being the one directing the exam. I wish that your practice was in my town.

Oh i remember getting sprayed with that liquid nitrogen when I had severe acne as a teen on my back and chest. That was freaking cold. However should people with Type 2 diabetes get full body skin checks annually?

Doc ,What can I do to get rid of fungal acene and get rid of dark spots caused by pimples.
@danielsugaimd4 жыл бұрын
chweng kop the formal term for fungal acne is malassezia folliculitis and it is treated with prescription medications. For dark spots: Wear sunscreen all year round, consider a retinol or vitamin c serum or see your derm for prescription retinoid or other creams to lighten them. Be careful of using hydroquinone lightening creams for a long period of time as they can worsen dark spots. Take care and thanks for watching 🤙😃
