Great review. Really enjoyed watching it. Please review a Ducati Streetfighter V4S as well and let us know what you think.

Great overview thanks, I’ve test rode the Ducati Scram 1100 much much better for not a lot more money!!

Yeah I concur, that it has something to it. Not my cup of tea, but I can feel for your test ride, that it can be a nice bike to go out in urban short rides or in the twisty backroads on solo mode, with a backpack or with a side bag that Imagine Ducati can supply. Did you said something about how many Hp the engine can produce? 76 Hp? That’s nice for a bike that looks very light. It really promises some fun!

As you have ridden both bikes , am interested to know how they compare but am confused. You said the Ducati’s power is “middle of the range“ against the other scramblers but then say that a bike with less power and fewer gears (Triumph) is the benchmark.

@@aunoates6617 Sorry, yes, I should have been clearer with that point! When I say a benchmark I mean more in an ‘emotional’ sense rather than by the stats like power output, given Triumph kind of laid the template for this modern-retro scrambler format that others have since run with. Sure, there are more powerful and advanced options now but to me the Triumph defines the sector and remains the most authentic. It’s exciting seeing what others like Ducati and those mentioned are doing with it, tho. More the merrier!

well I Imagine these will struggle to sell a scrambler with no hight and no mudguards 😄😄😄
