Batman Arkham Origins, I believe, feature this challenge mini game of Batman during his training in the North Korean Mountains. I'm sort of glad they adapted this mythical kung fu temple in one of the most forbidden areas on Earth.

Great work! About Ghost-Maker it was the first introduction of this character for me and idea kinda interesting but not really explored. Maybe in other batman stories he's interesting and still it's just the origin, but the lack of deeper motivation for him is showing. Also, considered cover the Black Hammer series some time? Really good reading 👍

I like how Bruce is shown to be somewhat pathological in this story. Like the people who care about him are like "dude, you have the ability and the resources to help people and try to make sure there aren't people who feel the need to kill for a few dollars", and he's like "Nah, think I'll spend years learning how to punch criminals in the face instead".
@itsalwayshalloweenexceptwh5118 Жыл бұрын
:) This was covered in the cat woman comic that Danny did a while ago. She comes out of prison 10 years later to find gotham cleaner than ever mostly because of policies that help people get back on their feet and stay out of poverty. Oracle tells cat woman "who knew that throwing money at the problem was actually way more effective than anything Batman ever did punching criminals and chasing bad guys on roof tops." or something along those lines.

@aagreenidge9 ай бұрын
So my thoughts on the story line. Yes, it was cool to see the different teachers Bruce had. And what he learned. Clearly he's several advantages that helped him learn so quickly. Photographic memory and so on. I don't mind that Ghost Maker was introduced because we can't think that Bruce is the ONLY person to come out of those trainings and do what he does but different. To think that doesn't make any sense. Also, Bruce never learned that in order to stop crime, and no help it, that some of the criminals have to die. How many times has he arrested the Joker only for the Joker to escape and lay waste to so many Innocents. Even Bruce's own. He hides behind this so called morality but he does kill. He's let the Joker and other keep doing what they do and because he has they get a "pass" to continue the blood letting. Petty criminals can go to prison, and could possibly be reformed with the right programs. But the major players who kill for shuts and giggles, they gotta go. Mad Bruce hides from this fact, not opinion, it's a fact. He hides because (my opinion now) I feel he kind of admires these super criminals. Why else leave someone like the Joker live. But whatever. My 5 cents. Doesn't matter

Ghostmaker is the perfect character that add to the Batman lore. If you think about it Bruce is always been a loner and he doesn't really have anyone that he really calls a friend. Throughout all that time no one could even rival him come on there had to be one person that good as well but he still cares about regardless of his flaws. I think everyone has one like this in their life. It's kind of like that one friend that gets you into trouble as kid but does she know you can't hang out with them as an adult. I think this was a perfect bridge between the Nolan story and the original lore. MASTERPIECE 💯
