You were right I could immediately see the difference when I first did these. When I first started doing them my leg was hovering below 90° and I couldn’t hold for very long. Now, after adding these to my daily stretch routine, my arabesques are at around maybe 110° and I can do almost flat penche on both sides. This was very helpful!

These are my 3 daily stretches, they do so much good. As an ex dancer, I knew them, but they are amazing and you are so right to share them with non-dancers! I've been following you since the beginning and I love your approach, the style of videos you put up. I think the breathe, stretch and reboot ones are my favorites though it's hard to pick. Also, you have a beautiful voice! I'd love to have you as a teacher.

Like any stretch, doing it often/daily will definitely improve your arabesque. Doing it once may help, but the more often you do it, the better :)

How much time should I stand in each position?

It’s really depends on how tight you are. You never want to rush through stretching. For best results, take your time and stay in each position until your muscles relax into the stretch and it begins to feel more comfortable...then move into the next position. 🥰🥰🥰
