This was great. My right lat is always achy and tight on and off. Will this help with that? I know you said to do the stretches every day but how often should I do the strengthening?

So the mermaid lift. Hahaha! I can barley even lift my legs off the floor! But I still tried. Glad I don't have to watch myself doing these workouts. 😆

Lisa, keep practicing! Prone work (laying on your stomach) is really tough for a lot of people BUT it’s so important to do! We need to make sure the backs of our bodies are just as strong as our fronts to prevent any imbalances. Keep at it…it’ll get better & easier each time! 🥰💖💪🏼

@@DansiqueFitness I'm feeling it today. So different than lifting weights. This is like a whole body, deep muscle feeling. Love /hate it. I used to be an ice skater. I was good, but not great. I hope I keep it up to notice the difference. I really want a dancer fit body. I will never have a dancer body, I'm not built like a ballerina thats for sure. Ty for your challenge.

I think this workout could be very beneficial for you...but it would be wise to double check with your doctor since I don’t know the severity of your situation. 💖
