Actually I bought only a small pack of mixed fruits. If I use a much lesser quantity compared to your recipe, may I know if the cake taste will turn out very different pls? 🤭 No confidence.. Never tried before.. ☺️

Cake will be less sweeter 🙂 The fruits also add bulk so your cake may be flatter.

Yes can. Add also a tsp of baking powder

You can use all purpose flour but must add 1.5 tsp baking powder as raising agent.

Yes you can soak longer. But white wine I am not sure of the flavor.

Not sure about oat flour as it may yield a different texture. You will need to add baking powder as rising agent.

Yes, otherwise you will have too much liquid left and texture will become very pasty.
