Would ring kinda hollow to me because of how many cues they seemed to take for season 3 of the show. Bullseye stopping a testimony before it could happen by killing everyone in the room, the callbacks to Karen’s time with drugs, Kingpin literally already knowing Matt’s identity, so on and so forth.

Old Daredevil books helped bring me into the raw portion of comics. He used to go through it something different in a way that felt more relatable than any other superhero. No super strength to help ease the pain really hits home. I would like to see the Red Skull be done justice. Folks would probably say he had good intentions if you looked deep enough nowadays.

Daredevil is my favorite Marvel hero because of this Miller story arc. Been that way since the first chapter of this story dropped in what, 1986? I live in a very small town in the middle of nowhere, managing a specialized memory care facility. When I have employees that respectfully resign to move on to bigger things, I give them a copy of the Born Again graphic novel. Not "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" by Dr. Seuss. I tell them that they are the hero in their own story. In their life, they are DD. That there is nothing they can not overcome and wind up better after the challenge. And it's all because of this amazing story.
