It’s similar to how Wolverine has enhanced hearing but writers don’t make use of it as much as his sense of smell. I don’t think it is forgotten by the writers, it’s just that they focus on their strongest sense more.

having the odds stacked against you is a very humbling experience. Also, he had a bit of a personal crisis where he literally exorcised his own demon through baptism. All in all. I'd say that's pretty darn humbling.

The best part of all this is how Logan is so chill with being possessed as it’s happened to him before. Chip Zdarsky's run was overlong to me. I finally got bored and quit DD after Devil's Reign, so I missed the whole Father Matt storyline (which honestly, also sounds boring). However, I see now that I may have been hasty, as the issues you covered here sound really exciting. The plot is interesting, and the artwork is great! Since DD's inception, he's one Marvel character that is blessed with consistently good creative teams. While there's only a couple truly LEGENDARY runs (Miller, Bendis, Brubaker), most of DD's stories are still otherwise very good. Time for me to get back on board that train! Thanks for covering this, Rob!

Nice. Daredevil is top three favorite marvel superheroes and I would've already conceded that Logan would win most fights. The healing factor, strength advantage, adamantium and decades and decades of fighting experience give him the edge over a lot of characters. Great video as always, Rob! First congrats on the engagement this topic has been getting lately since I’ve seen the discourse on X and lead me to this video. So it’s no surprise that I’m seeing the same discourse here and my main issue with this topic, mostly the title of “Wolverine humbles Daredevil” Granted I’m not a writer, or comic writer or KZbin essay analyst but there’s just something wrong with the wording or the use of Humbling you’ve used to breakdown this situation. On knee jerk reaction it appears that the wording has it that Daredevil is this untouchable or larger than life obstacles that Wolverine has to overcome with the “humbling” of said DD. I think from casual to hardcore fans of comic book characters can all agree that the Wolverine vs Daredevil match up is so one-sided with the favor being all on Wolverine winning. The thing about Daredevil as a character is that out of most heroes in Marvel he’s the one that LOSES the most. He’s not some super soldier or super scientist or radioactive hero but a hero against all odds with a very niche power has overcome crimelords, super powered crooks and literal devils and still will loose or come out of it damaged but he still fights on… Wolverine humbles Daredevil…. Everyone in NYC should be humbled by a character that is the definition of fearless
