Darius Rucker needs more recognition he is amazing. Still going hot with country. The dude can do it all very freaking talented. Dont get why he hasn't won a grammy.
@victoriahollis34545 жыл бұрын
I saw a comment on a video which I can't remember verbatim which basically said people who like country love a story they can visualise or if it's in a first person format is a conversation where they can visualise a person saying it. So much music now is la la land its people saying stuff they wouldn't say to their mom's. I mean I'm just turned 40. I had music like this and bon Jovi. I've got to be honest I've not bought a CD in about 10 years but I've re entry got into indie rap and rock. Kids that rap and sing about real stuff not 98% of the top 100 today

I’ve said for years that I think Cracked Rear View is criminally underrated on “all time” lists. Hold My Hand - Let Her Cry - Only Wanna Be With You is just a preposterously good 3 song back to back to back run on a debut album. Those of us old enough to remember when listening to the radio was the main option know that you couldn’t leave that thing on for 15 min without hearing Hootie.

Damn it. Darius is the man. I finally get the song. Let her be. A profound nugget of wisdom. The cynical person would interpret it as “leave her alone”. The wise person would interpret it as”Let her be what God intended her to be. Let her find her way.” That is a lot to ask of a lover. Who among us could do that? But, that is precisely the way Christ sees us. He stands at the door and knocks until we have the common sense to open the door and let Him in. He never abandons us. Instead, He patiently awaits until the time when we have had enough and are ready to seek Him unconditionally. Then, He always lets us in.
