Creamy, smooth and silky, this cream is irresistible!INGREDIENTS
30 ml (2 tbsp) water; 5 g (1 ½ tsp) gelatine; 150 g (1 cup) 52% dark chocolate, chopped; 150 g (1 cup) 72% dark chocolate, chopped; 200 ml (⅔ cup) milk; 20 g (1 tbsp) honey; 400 ml (1 ¾ cup) full-fat cream.
METHOD
Dissolve 5 g of gelatine in some water. Set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.
Melt both types of chocolate in the microwave.
Add milk, honey and gelatine. Then pour in the cream and beat using a blender for at least 5-6 minutes.
Pour in a glass baking pan, leave to set completely for 6 hours in the fridge.
