Duuuuuude! I love Darkest Hour! Went to the Undoing Ruin album release show at the Black Cat in DC back in high school. Man those were the days. So much nostalgia. Really hope you do more Darkest Hour songs. Killer job as always!

I discovered Darkest Hour with the Sedated/Secure album and it blew my mind at the time. And I loved even more Undoing Ruin when it came out. I think I listened to it like every days for several months. The melodies and guitar work are incredible. I tried so many times to play their songs, especially Tranquil and Sound of Surrender but the solo on this one is still impossible to play. Thanx my dude for the comment ;)

​@@punkhardcorecovers haha yeah man those Kris Norris solos are absolutely insane! I also discovered Darkest Hour from the So Sedated So Secure era. I remember I got a Victory Records sampler cd at hot topic (i think lol) back in 2002 that had Atreyu, Dead to Fall and Darkest Hour's An Epitaph song. I was blown away and hooked ever since! I still listen to the Undoing Ruin / Deliver Us / The Eternal Return albums regularly. I have faith in you that you can nail their other songs ;) I'd love to see With a Thousand Words to Say But One!

I had Tranquil on my list for quite a long time but to be honnest, I don't know yet if i'll do more from them. I'll try to empty my to do list and then see if i do more from them. Thanx for your comment dude!

Yes I agree, I think they are pretty huge in the US, but unfortunately not that much in Europe. I saw them in my hometown a few years ago and there were not so many people attending the show That's too bad, because they seem to be so nice guys with some amazing songs and albums and they deserve much more love. Undoing Run and Deliver Us are perfection to me.
