He looks like a high lord from 40k that has been affected by a halo device. Just found your content awesome work bro. I have been playing soulsborn from the beginning I just got in to 40k the past 3 years lore and novels mostly. Never realized these minis works really well in 40k minis.

Looks good. I would suggest airbrushing Lahmian Medium on top, it gives a very good matt finish and ties up all the paints nicely.
