loose bantu knots help. you can start wrapping the knots on the crown if you want more volume on top. beware that this method results in a lot of damage when the hair reaches longer lenths like beyond your butt and longer. I have extremely long hair and a big knob at the nape of my neck helps a lot with curls, except I don't have volume on top. but then I chose extreme length instead of volume.

I love this - I practically do the same thing as you do only I do not get up at 5 am. I usually get up between 7 and 7:30. I wish my Town had a Coffee Shop where I can just go - sit - read - and drink Coffee or Soda. I live in a small town so we don’t even have a grocery store. We do have a small Cafe in town but I don’t go there very often. Maybe one of these mornings I might go and take my Book with me and have Breakfast. Their food is really really good.
